Anyone have experience with this course? can join $1000 a month which gets you 50 direct wholesaling leads (1m - 6m old), access to a list of buyers, and all the tools needed to execute the deal. I typically would not consider for just the course aspect of it. However this gives you leads and buyers list… please share thoughts. TY! ✨

I'm a licensed Realtor and will representing myself as a listing agent for a flip I've been working on. 

From a tax strategy stand point, is it best I charge myself commission or not?  

Hi All! I have a property I'm flipping in Santa Ana and putting on the market in the next couple weeks. Listing for about $1.2M. 

Thinking about utilizing virtual staging rather than traditional staging, especially because we are in a sellers market. What are your thoughts?

My husband just received notice that he can schedule his exam date. What are the best ways to prepare for the Law & Safety and General B license? Just get the book and study or do you suggest a course and if so which one? Thank you!
