Hi everyone, 

I live in Los Angeles, CA. I am very interested in learning about wholesaling and flipping houses using OPM. If anyone can help mentor me, or answer any questions I may have I would highly appreciate it. I’ve been to meetups, zoom meetings, read books, watched YouTube videos and I just want a face to face aspect to things.
