@Dave Spooner I am considering self- managing honestly but am really wanting a manager to trust. It’s 4 units total and growing about 2-5 units/ year.

Hi BP! So grateful to be a part of this group. I’m looking for recommendations for rockstar property managers in southern CA, specifically inland empire. Please send those referrals my way. I have multiple units and want to get a great PM in place. Thanks!

@Thomas Ingrao wow! That is a great ROI. What area are you in?

As an investor and agent I’d discuss directly with your agent. It is usually a communication error on either side. If not, I’d tell him that a what you want, and you want him to act on your behalf. Best of luck!

@Brian Boyd great job! I'm new to investing and in southern Ca. I've been looking in TN Chattanooga and Knoxville specifically. Do you recommend those areas for solid ROI? Thanks!

Does anybody currently BRRR in Oklahoma City area? I'm looking into Norman or Moore OK (home of OU). I'm in southern Ca, and looking for opportunity a bit closer to me than Ohio etc. I'm a newbie so I greatly appreciate your advice.
