@John Stanley

Nice to hear! Thank you for reaching out! O actually visited Heilbronn yesterday but I live in Lörrach. That would be about 2-3 hours away for you but we can arrange a go to meeting or phone call?

You can add me on Whatsapp if you like and we can share knowledge as above.(00491603854852)

That would be very valuable. I 100% agree with what you said above regarding rental income vs. real estate price ratio. It is very difficult to find.

Some I know simply are not aware that you could have a cash flowing asset. Which is not true and riskier to only gamble on appreciation I think.

Hello, I also bought the book on Audible but don't recall receiving an access code. The support for bigger pockets told me the material refered to in the book "Rental property investment"  is only available if you buy the book from the Bp site.

How should I access this material now?

Thank you for the great book.

Best,

Kristoffer

@Ken Breeze Great to hear. I am interested. I would very much like to contribute as much as possible to groups of the kind mentioned. And yess, the capitalist system rules.. It is definitely possible to make it in any country but it does take time to learn all the various differences in taxes, legal and so on.
Personally, I have recently started looking into the German, Swiss and Finnish market.

When are you available to connect further?

@Ken Breeze

How funny, I just searched for "Germany" and thought the same thing. I have been reading tons and learning as much as possible on real estate investing but as I live in Baden-Württemberg, many tax rules and markets are entirely different here.

I'd love to connect with you or anyone else who is looking for a group of sharing knowledge, investments, funding and so on.
