Justin,

I was looking to buy anywhere within the Chelmsford-Woburn-Andover triangle. While I wouldn't be opposed to just buying, I would prefer to also live in one of the units.

Hello my name is Kristin, I am currently working as an engineer in the Andover / Chelmsford Massachusetts area and pursuing real estate on the side. My interest is in purchasing property with high cash flow. My goal is to learn about the real estate process and be able to buy my first property by 2016.
