I bought a small mobile home park this year in northern AZ for under 300 with about an 8% cap, the homes in the area tend to be cheaper than in the Valley but we have a high need for available rentals in this area as well, Id be happy to set up a search if you'd like to see what the white mountains has to offer.

I have 9 doors and use Www.cozy.co it’s free allows online payments and matinence  requests  and has been simple to use

@Jerry Lucker Thank you Jerry! I am not sure if it is listed that way or not, I am working directly with the seller who is looking retire soon but I think youve given me a good direction to head!

We are looking at a cute little trailer park that has several pre HUD manufactured homes on it and I have no idea how to go about financing. We love the land/ location and would could really improve the property overtime. I don't think a hard money loan would work because we would not be able to refi in a quick enough period to get out of the high interest loan. Any Ideas??
