Hi @Eileen Brown, would Dover work for you? I may have a lead on something that could fit. I would have to check on the animals - how many and what kind, if you don't mind sharing (and don't worry, I am an animal lover myself). I'm licensed with eXp in New Hampshire, but mostly an investor. As an investor I could see if there was something I see that could work for you. If you'd like to DM me by clicking my photo and then Message, I'll have some more questions for you. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kristin

If anyone has experience with signing an NDA for a business broker....this seemed strange to us, but we have only signed one other NDA, so maybe it's normal?

This particular NDA asks for Net Worth, Liquid Assets, Credit Score, Occupation, How Long You've Been Looking For A Business.

This seemed invasive to us for just this initial stage, (as we haven't even gotten any info about the business to know if we are interested) but perhaps this is normal. Does anyone know?

Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

@Chelsea Conley

Hi Chelsea!

Nice to hear from you! Welcome back from Oregon!

What kind of projects does he or do you both do? Is he going to get licensed here? What about you?

We are looking for something and might try to do something before the end of year here, for taxes, but not sure what it will be yet.

Hello Brandon!

Kristin and Jason here-have lived in Portsmouth, NH for 5 years. We started back in 2003 after reading Rich Dad, with a 4-plex (house hack) as we got married and have been going ever since. Now have 10 rentals and just purchased (this year) a 90 site KOA campground. (rentals are all in different states and managed). We've done a few rehabs, and have training through Fortune Builders. We have our real estate licenses, but have them inactive for now. All the unknowns were scary when starting and new unknowns still are, but we keep pushing through fear when it sneaks up and always are happy we did. We are just starting to look at potentially BRRR-ing something here in this area, and hope to get to know all of you.

We just spoke for the first time with a lender mentioned on another thread that does purchase and rehab loans here in New Hampshire, which convert to longer term lower rate loans after rehab is complete (on a case by case basis).  Let's all put together our known resources, and keep our great resources busy. That way if we are not individually doing volume, perhaps as a New Hampshire group, we can still do some volume. Does anyone have any New Hampshire general contractors or subs that are reasonable, honest, and work on budget/on schedule?  I also have a great realtor that owns rental property herself. She's fantastic. Message me if you want her contact info or the lender. Thank you!---Kristin

Hi,
I was looking for info on Parc also. Specifically wondering if anyone has multiple properties with them, if anyone has been with them over several years (like 5 years?), and how management has been.
How long are vacancies with your houses with Parc, how much tenant turnover do you see, how much are move out repairs in general, how are communications with the company on a monthly basis, and do they keep you informed about what is going on with your units?
Anything else you think another investor might like to know before making the leap?
Thank you,
Kristin

Hi Richard,
Did you ever invest with Parc? If so, I am wondering what the experience is like. Specifically how has their management been? Also, what was the house buying experience like, and were they able to get a solid tenant? Finally, if you did go ahead with them, would you recommend it?
Thank you,
Kristin
