I want to short doing ss and like I said this real estate agent emailed me 61 ss. My questions is what can I do with them? Is there a percentage formula to use, bascially does the rules change since they are going through a real estate company?

This realtor I know emailed me with about 61 one ss and I want to learn how to do them but I do not know what I can do? What percentage I can offer or how to evaluate if its worth my time. Or is it best for me to find preforeclosures on my own?

Sound like your in the same situation I am in I found this great piece of property and tried to get this Investor to fund it because that's what their website say you find it and we fund it and we can do a joint venture split 50/50 and thank god that I joined this site because it has been so helpful to me in many ways. So I had him sign a noncompete form so that he couldnt try and take the property from me and the weird thing is I took him to see the property and afterwards he wouldnt take no more calls from me nor would respond to my messages I left for him to contact me back as to weather we was going to do the joint venture. New to REI and I tell you I was confused as to him being a business owner to of delt with the situation the way he did. Just be careful in reaching out to investors make sure you protect yourself. Anyway good luck I am having a hard time getting a loan also but I am determined to make something work.
The one HML I called told me that I had to put down 5% (17,800) of my own money and I said I am new to this I dont have that type of money. If you come across a list of RE investors and dont mind sharing it with me then please get in touch with me. In the meantime should I find any information that will be helpful to you I will PM you. Like I said I am new.
Just wanted to share that with you.

I am so gald I found this site it is better than some I have looked at and joined. I am new to investing and looking to learn. I have read so much info on the internet and want to start the process but need some guidence. I hope to meet a lot of good people.
