@Ted V. Thank you. If Im trying the BRRRR method, if I get a HELOC or Cash-Out Refinance, would I still refinance later after renting? Then use that to pay off the HELOC or Cash-Out and buy the next property.

The logistics of financing is the part that I'm stuck on right now.

The house is located in North Texas. The garage is already a converted living room. We would convert that space to a bedroom/bathroom. Estimating $60k in reno cost for everything. 

House is currently worth $240k. Could rent for $1600 to $1800. 

After reno house would be worth roughly $320k and could rent for $2100 to $2300. These estimates are based on similar homes in the area.  

I'm interested in using this home to start the BRRRR method. I will be looking into HELOC and the FHA 203k thanks to you guys.

Inherited a home. Looking to remodel. I'm completely new to real estate. 

What is the best way to find capital to remodel? Bank loan or 401k loan? 

I'm looking to update from 3 bedroom 1 bath to a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. What is the best tip to make sure you don't over-renovate a home?
