Hello All,

Are there any active Wholesalers out there in Laurel (20707/ 20708 zip codes), Beltsville or Silver Spring. I am looking for a 4/2+ preferably detached home in the aforementioned areas. Furthermore, I am currently working with an awesome realtor, but want to know if there are any non-MLS properties that may meet my specifications. I am already pre-qualified for a conventional loan, but will work on getting a 203k loan if the property needs repairs.

Thanks in advance for your response(s).

@Jeff Bridges and @Russell Brazil thank you for informing me of some of the problems I can expect to encounter at the price point that I was originally considering. I previously did not know anything about Nonwarrantable condo's so since reading your post I have done some additional research on what that is. So given the 2 problems that you previously listed, what do you think is a more realistic price point to consider when shopping for a condo in Laurel, Hyattsville or Greenbelt MD?

@Carolyn F. I am definitely interested in working with an investor friendly realtor that could be of assistance in helping myself and my business partner reach our investing goals. With that in mind, is there a more direct way of contacting you or should I do so through bigger pockets or your handle that is located at the end/bottom of your post.

Thanks in advance for your assistance and response(s)

After months of deliberation, I think that I am ready to make my first move as a real estate investor. As a result, I am interested in purchasing a 3/2, 2/2 or 2/1 condo in either Laurel, Greenbelt or Hyattsville. My desire is to purchase something for less than 70k that I can live in for a couple years and then later rent out. Is anyone familiar with the markets in these areas and/or can tell me how feasible my goals are. Also, I am looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable and trustworthy and can walk me through this process.

Thanks in advance for your response(s).
