Looking for an insurance company in Florida (many don't write in FL) that has good rates for LLC's.

I have 2 rental properties in Florida and we are planning to move both to separate LLC's. I have gathered quite a few quotes for one of them on the beach and while insurance today under my personal name is $3K, I have received quotes for once I move it into an LLC that are $6K- $11K. Ouch! Does anyone out there have some recommendations for companies they are using in FL specifically, for their LLC's?

Hi, does anyone have a company that they can recommend to do a Cost Seg in Anna Maria, near Bradenton (between Tampa and Sarasota).  I have only been able to find one company and they charge $6K, which seems pretty high for a single family home.  Thanks!

@Sarah Bridges I also live in Florida where sale prices are high, taxes are high, and insurance is getting crazy! My beach house insurance increased 80% last year! So I think the best option is Turnkey out of state for me; you should consider it.

@Debbie Fales I have no opinion over a private RE lender vs a bank and don't really understand the differences between the two. I just need someone that will lend to an LLC for SFR and residential MFR. Thanks!

First Community Bank is awesome!!! My partner and I have worked with them on multiple properties. Matt McDonald out of Batesville.

@Matthew Reid, thank you!  I'll reach out to them.  Do you have a phone number for Matt, by any chance?

Looking for a recommendation on Commercial Lenders. Since I will be using an LLC for purchases, I don't want the hassle and expense of buying a property and then having to assign it to the LLC later (I don't think that's worth it, but prove me wrong!). Purchases would be in TN, Arkansas, MI, MO, TX, etc. so someone with licenses in multiple states would be ideal.

Who do you all use to get mortgages on properties owned by your LLC's?

In a BP VOD, I heard that in the Insights section of BP Pro, there is a lot of data to investigate different markets- job growth, crime, schools, etc.  I can't seem to find this anywhere- any "insight" :-) as to where this is?  Thanks!
