How is the market in Nashville? I am interested in virtual wholesaling, is there anyone currently wholesaling or virtually wholesaling in the Nashville area? 

I am currently interested in virtual wholesaling in the Nashville area. I am not sure of where to start exactly but I do have a few areas that I would like to know more about. If anyone is in the Nashville area or actively wholesaling virtually any info would be greatly appreciated thanks. 

Texas  ( Houston) and Georgia ( Atlanta) are great markets right now.

Question who are the actual owners of the property the original owner or an investors?

@Trining R. Thank you for the valuable info. So let me see if I'm understanding clearly, basically an investor already has the property and it wouldn't be able to be wholesaled correct? 

Is there anyone familiar with  FIFA/TRANSFERRED SOLD on a property tax bill in Georgia?
