Thank you. That is what I thought but I wanted to be sure. Do you have any recommendations for a real estate lawyer?

Thank you for the feedback. Honestly I am finding that while I was saving money to be able to do this, I probably allocated my efforts in the wrong areas (knowledge wise). I should probably reach out to a CPA. Looking to buy in Delhi (near Cincinnati) because I know the area (just moved from there). Thanks again!

I am looking to get started in Real Estate investing and was trying to obtain an LLC but I don't know which state to apply for one. I live in Indiana (on the border of Ohio) and am looking to buy property in Ohio. I wanted to use my business for tax write offs so I wasn't sure if it had to be in my state I reside in for that reason but if I do that can I still purchase in Ohio?

Post: From Nurse to Project Manager

Hello! I am currently a nurse and have held various leadership positions in the past. I have great communication skills, I am very detailed oriented and organized. I have briefly looked into what would be required to be able to be hired as a project manager. From what I can see is there are two certifications that you can get and that they usually want you to have a secondary degree. It doesn't specify whether that degree is in business or another related area. I wanted to reach out to see how others have went about this so that I can see if I truly want to change my career. My experience as I pertains to real estate. My father is a construction worker and has taught me quite a bit. He has built three of the houses we grew up in. In addition my husband and I flipped our first home. Thanks in advance!
