Hello, 

I am a real estate agent in Seattle Washington and a part-time real estate investor. I recently started working with Do Hard Money.  Just curious if anyone out there has successfully closed a deal with this company. If so can you offer some advice on getting this done, or how your deal went.  I have lost lots of money and had to pass up on some screaming deals. Thanks in advance.
