Dan - thanks for the response. It is definitely non-owner occupied. I think my best chance might be with a local credit union. Going to poke around a bit more to see all my option.

I was wondering if anyone knows a local lender that is doing 80% LTV refinances on residential multi-families. I know lending requirements have gotten stricter with COVID but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
