Good morning everyone,

I am looking for recommendations for property managers in Keene, New Hampshire. I have my eye on a two family investment property in Keene New Hampshire and I’m hoping to get a trustworthy and reliable property management/ manger on my team. Please let me know if you have any experience in the area and any companies that you would recommend.

Thank you!

Good morning everyone,

This is my first post to the BiggerPockets forum and I’m excited to be here. I am currently looking at purchasing my first buy and hold  investment property in New Hampshire area. I have targeted a particular property that needs some work, but will have a good monthly cash flow after factoring in all cost. my question is this the seller is requesting to stay in the current owner occupied unit after the transaction and is willing to pay market rental price to do so. Has anyone run into this scenario? If so, what are the pros and cons of doing so?

I’m looking forward to your response is thank you in advance.
