I own a small apartment complex in tucson but i live out of state. I am looking for an maintenance person who can live on site (studio apartment with utilities included) and provide maintenance, security and take care of other minor stuff. I already have a property management company in place that you need to work with.

I am looking for recommendations for a good property management for multiple family C class property in Tucson 

I own a triplex in philadelphia. Its commercial at the bottom and 2 residential 3Bed1bath units on top. I am looking to do a cash out refinance. can anyone help me? Seems like most big banks (Bank of america, citi bank) don't finance mixed use properties.

I am also looking for a property management company for a C class apartment building in Tucson, Arizona;

I am looking at couple of properties priced around 900K;

I am looking for recommendations for financing options that are first time friendly and can work with light documentation.

Is it very complicated to buy an rental property with self directed IRA?

The rental property i am considering, i have to all the utilities every month.
