Hello everyone,

Looking for a 3/2 or 4/2 SFH in New Braunfels area.

Any suggestions for good realtors in San Antonio and New Braunfels area??

Thank you!

Hi all,

We got an FHA loan on our home in Phoenix, but now I got transfered to Austin. How would the FHA work? Would I be able to get another FHA in Austin and rent out the one in Phoenix?

Hi Fellow BP,

I bought a place in Greenville, NC through a wholesaler, as is. The property was recorded as a 3-1 1400sqft, but when we got in it is a 4-2 1800sqft. The process of the property is to rehab it rented and refinance it, with the BRRRR method. We are not sure how to go about the extra bedroom since it was already built and its part of the house. The room is connected to the main house, cannot tell the difference, has a full bathroom, window and a door that leads outside. The owner before the previous owner had done the work but it was not recorded on taxes/deed with the city. Should we have it inspected and appraised as a 4-2 or leave it and renovate it. We are afraid they might tell us to break it down or something. Any advice on this situation?

Thank you.

@Colleen F. Hey thanks! that is quite helpful! :)

@Justin Tuggle amaazzzinngg! Lol thanks!

Thank you @Joe Norman and @Jason Shackleton I have rehab budget savings $50k and some more. I should have been more clear that I plan on using the savings and refinancing it to take the money back out. But wanted to see if there was a better way to go about it!

Will stick with keeping it simple at least for my 1st project!

But really appreciate your help! Thank you!

Hello everyone,

I am ready to get started on doing the BRRRR strategy on a single family house in Phoenix in 2 weeks.

Please give me suggestions for the best way to cover rehab costs (finance, credits cards? which one?, personal savings)

And any other newbie advice more than welcome! Super nervous!!

Thank you! 😃

Hello fellow BP,

I am new to the wholesale and foreclosure market. Needed some help understanding loans for them. Which ones would qualify and how to turn the property around.

Hi fellas,

I am moving from the village of Vail, AZ to Phoenix. Vail is actually a really good growing location. My wife started learning about Real Estate and looking into biggerpockets and then she motivated me to become part of this excitement. We bought our home last year and rented it out starting this month. Now we are in Phoenix renting currently and looking for a Multi Family home. I know the market is hot in Arizona especially in this area, but needed some info or any recommendations would greatly appreciated. This is our first journey and we are excited.
