Post: Recommendation - San Diego Area Book Keeper & CPA

Hi Friends,

I am just starting back into real estate and want to get my business/investments in order...but I could use some professional help!

Can anyone recommend a local San Diego Book Keeper and also a CPA that understands the nuances of real estate and advises on best tax saving strategies?

Ideally, looking for a solid Book Keeper who doesn't charge CPA rates, and a solid CPA with "fair" rates (whatever that means).

THANK you in advance community!

Hello everyone - I suppose I'll just introduce myself on this already 3 year old thread to keep the trend going. I'm interested to meet wholesalers and realtors with a pulse on various markets in Ada County (Boise, Eagle or Meridian) with a focus on SFR's. Overall, just wanting to build relationships, even though as an Oklahoma graduate, I'm still a little embarrassed by Boise States iconic 43–42 Fiesta Bowl upset win over OU in 2007!

Thanks,

Kris Hamilton

Thank you @Lohit Myneedu!   I realized another BP-er had mentioned Bloom Bank out of Carmel, Indiana (which is now Mutual Bank).  I can't vouch for them but someone else has had good experiences.   And per your thread on the same topic, sorry, I must have just missed it.  Maybe we can get good feedback on one or the other!

Hello BP friends!

I'd love some help and I'm looking for recommendations.

I'm looking at investing in the Madison County and Delaware Country area just outside of Indianapolis.  Does anyone have recommendations on local investor-friendly banks/credit unions/savings and loans institutions?

Thank you!

Kris
