I recently freed up some capital I've spoken to several different contractors as well as title companies and insurance companies. I've considered several different hard money lenders they all seem relatively the same. I feel as though it would be a good fit to use a hard money lender on my first deal. Am I wrong for thinking this way? As I have gotten mixed reviews from a few different people.
