@Alex Hunt

Hey Alex. My apologies for just getting back to you. It's been a busy week. We have seasoned investors and access to different lending platforms. A Commercial DSCR is always a good option as well.

Are you a Seller Broker or Buyer Broker? What do you currently have in your list that meets what we are looking for in an apartment building?

My syndicated investment group is looking to invest. We are looking for properties in a B or C area with a B or C rating and most importantly, the investment property should have a value-add capability.

Ideally, we are looking at properties between 50 and 200 units but if close enough and a win-win, we will to take a look.

Contact me if you are a serious seller or Seller Broker/Agent.

@Daniel Harnsberger Hello. I was wondering if the Richmond REIA meet up is still meeting monthly. If so, can you please provide any info or contacts? Thanks

Hello Keith,

I thinking of using Tax Title Services out of California myself. I have a property that I purchased from a tax sale that I want to either sale or pull cash out to fix and rent.

Let me know if you use them and the outcome.

Hi Loretta C.

I would like to learn more about ALF if you know anyone in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties area. For me, it is not just an investment, its a passion. I have a son who is Autistic but very functional. I have always desired to start a ALF in my area.

Thanks

I am in the Philadelphia Pa area. I am trying to find information regarding renting rooms to adults with special needs. I am specifically focusing on individuals that require assistant living services: Someone to cook meals and possibly assist with coordinating the day-to-day for the individuals in the assistant living homes. I have heard the mentioning of programs that are available but I am unable to find information for home owners/multi-unit owners.

Any information or guidance is greatly appreciated.
