@Account Closed Thanks for the welcome! I appreciate the well wishes. From all that I've been reading and seeing it looks like we may have a good thing going here in AZ. That's cool, I'm sure they'd be happy to have you come visit! Though, it's heating up pretty quickly so come HYDRATED!

I'm looking to invest on the east side of Tucson as well as central near the University. I'm familiar with the West Valley in Phoenix so I will definitely considerate that area first.

Hello,

I am really excited about Real Estate. I have been ready everything I can get my hands on and just want to start making moves! We set out to become debt free and have been on the Dave Ramsey Snowball debt pay off program for about a year now and are making tremendous progress. We are not completely debt free, but will be by the end of the year... I want to begin investing NOW but he's not as moved and motivated by the numbers as I am. What do I do? Continue to push him until he's (hopefully) as excited as I am? Put my real estate dreams on hold and wait for the debt pay off to be complete? Go ahead and buy anyway and say "I told you so" when it all pans out?! Any similar experiences, guidance, suggestion are much appreciated.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Kourtni, I'm so excited to have found this cite. I'm on a mission to learn as much as I can, expand my network, and start building wealth through Real Estate! I will be purchasing 3 Plexes & 4-Plexes in the Tucson and greater Phoenix area! Sound advice, guidance, and suggestions are much appreciated!

Hi Ari, this is the third time this week that I have heard either of these two topics brought up. Maybe its the universe calling me to it haha. I would love to learn more about these opportunities!
