So far, dabbled with Stessa and just started looking at Tellus.

This is the first cloud based product/service I came across targeted for rental/investment properties. Are there others (free or paid) that are similar, better, worse? Curious to see what options there are and what maybe the best for now (free) and best for the future when I have more to manage (free or paid).

Is anyone familiar with this product (Stessa)?

I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to technology and like to try all the new "toys" out when I see them. I'm intrigued by this software, but don't know anyone who has experience with it. Specially someone that has a good amount of real estate and rental experience.

Would love to see some debate of the pros and cons of a service/product like this.
