Thanks. It is designated suburban on the appraisal.  The revenue has been solid over the past 7 months, but behind AirDNA, as it has taken a bit of time to fill the calendar. I would estimate the value to be aprx 675k.

Hi. I have a STR that I put a lot of reno into, and I am hoping to pull that cash out for my next purchase.

I bought the home in March 2022, so it is seasoned, but I only began listing on AirBNB as of August 2022, so I don't have a 12 month history of STR income.

I need DSCR because my DTI is too high for conventional, but my credit scores are strong.

The property is in the Poconos, so it is too rural to use LTR income to qualify. However, there is a ton of STR rental data for the area. Know of any lenders that would look at this?

Thanks! Yes, I self manage, but I do work with a local cleaner that helps when in a pinch, and either myself or my husband are up there about once a week. We are in Downingtown, PA which is about 1:45 away, so not too bad. How about you?

Please add me to the list. I have two STRs in Pocono Pines and an offer out on a third. BTW, definitely a slow April. Assuming everyone else is experiencing the same?
