Can someone please help me become a great real estate investor? I'm having trouble finding mentors, I always get blown off. I want to make a lot of money and take control of my life. I want to have my own schedule. I hate working 11 hours a day renting cars and valuing myself higher than my job values me. If anyone wants to take a hungry potential investor under their wing, I'm all ears. Also, if you know you're just going to blow me off the minute I start picking your brain, please just ignore this email. I've watched all the YouTube videos, I've read a lot of the books, I just need someone to walk with me through the actual PRACTICE. I'm single, I have no kids, and I'm not in school. Does anyone have a wholesale contract template? 

One that spells out the terms and conditions and claims it expires after a certain amount of time if I can't find an investor?

Hello all. I just started my own LLC and in wondering where is the best place to cultivate it. I currently live in Nj where the taxes are extremely high, property taxes some of the highest in the nation. I'm looking to relocate by the end of 2016. I've been looking at places down south, like North Carolina and Atlanta . Are those good places to build a real estate investment company?

Hello Bigger Pockets! I'm a young guy from North brunswick NJ eager to get started in real estate investing.  I see this as an excellent resource and am so motivated its like I just started a new job.  My main goal is to this forum as a helping hand and secondly be able to learn enough to be able to handle deals on my own. Already I've began making Excel spreadsheets and getting organized with information I'm pulling and and building a list of questions.  I hope that through this forum everyone can learn more about me and we can teach something to each other. :)   P.S. I just first started my interest in real estate over Thanksgiving...lets see where I am in 1, 3, 6, 12 months?
