Hi BP Members! My name is Konstantin. I've been a member for a few months now, doing all the research I can to prepare myself for the journey. Just looking for some pointers, some direction. I live in a house with lots of equity. Roughly $300,000. Want to spend it wisely. My current interest is in the Green Bay, WI area. Would love to get referred to a good realtor and other pros in the area. Have my eyes planted on a possible deal. Willing to travel and meet if I come across the right person.

@Sam Jurgenson Welcome to the blog. I'm new here also. I don't have a home and been reading and listening a lot to all the great things people are doing. Just want to throw some words of encouragement out. We may not be in it yet but I see the greater reward coming soon. My start is a little different than some people. I live with my In-Laws and in the process of transfering the home into my name. The house has over $300,000 in equity. Hope to make a good start with that. Good Luck!
