Hello fellow BPers, 

My name is Konstantin Egorov, I have been in Real Estate in Florida for the past year. I have background in NYC real estate market, and Costa Rica in my past. I recently relocated here in Florida and got my license. I have made a few deals and currently am focused on Luxury Residential Sales, Investing in foreclosures, starting up my website that focuses on purchasing distressed properties and cash for homes in general, as well as targeting Lis Pendens.

Starting to get interested in foreclosure auctions. I would like someone who is familiar with the process to explain to me how in the world I see 20k and 15k sales in Broward county for condos that range from 60-100k,

So far I've been looking for mortgage foreclosures, how would I go about doing research in south florida to find out everything I need to know prior to bidding. I am planing on investing about 100k in the next month. Just interested in how to save my ***.

I am trying to find access to the public records of broward county lis pendens search, there is one for miami-dadeclerk.com/mfs/mortgageforclosuresearch.aspx

I cant find the broward one. anyone please.
