@Filipe Pereira

I know the strategy I want to do and it would be long-term real estate investing. I want to have cash flow so I always have money coming in every month and build my portfolio by eventually getting a couple properties a year. Obviously it would take a bit of time but I definitely want to go this route. My uncle started doing it this year and he has gotten 4 properties in one year. I know time is the most valuable thing out there and I’m ready to get started.

I am looking for advice or even a partner for real estate investing. I am looking to become financially free some day and I am motivated to do so. I am 19 years old with $20,000 in savings. I know it’s not a lot but I also know it is a good chuck of change. I have been reading a lot of books about real estate investing and I know this is the path I want to take. Since I am only 19 there is no way for me getting a loan because of my job history/length and also my credit history. I know you can get in the game early having someone(me) who has the cash up front and having a partner be the one who gets the loan or even has the cash to buy a house and then the both of you figure out the cash flow. I am really only looking for advice but if you want to help me and partner up with me just leave me a comment!
