Hi BP advisors Looking for advice on rehab loan. Actually I am in process of financing property as first time home owner. We are working on Fannie Mae product of conventional loan. Appraisal has been already ordered. This property needs some rehab too. Can anyone guide me how do I get rehab loan 203k?? Or any other loan type?? Do I have to get 203k before I close property ?? Or I can still get once we close. Looking for proper advice & if anyone does this loan please PM me your contact details. Komal
