Hello! My name is Kolton O'Day and I'm new to REI. I'm looking to build up my network in and around Davenport, IA.

Here’s a little bit about myself:

I attended the University of Iowa where I earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

I currently work full-time at Hometown Plumbing & Heating, which is a mechanical contracting company. I started at Hometown when I was 15, and worked here throughout high school and college. It’s been incredibly beneficial working in this industry for 10 years.

I'm looking forward to learning about real estate, and getting involved in investment opportunities. I know this is something I'll thoroughly enjoy and be passionate about. I close on my first rental property within the next few weeks, and I'm excited to get started with the process!
