This is my first rental so I have a lot to learn.  I am renting a single family home to a young, unmarried couple. Do both of them need to be on the renters insurance policy? Or can I have only one of them on the policy? I appreciate the help. 

Hello! My wife and I are under contract on a second home, and we plan to rent our current house out. We are excited to start this journey. We plan on managing the rental ourselves. I am curious if we should start an LLC? We would not transfer the property to the LLC, we would remain the sole proprietors. However, should we start an LLC to help manage the rental. For example, open a business bank account, have a designated LLC email?
