Hey all! A little about me I’m 27 years old wife and kids never bought a house looking to buy a family home for us either this year or early 2021. I live in California (I know) and we only have one income. I am still in the analysis phase as far as real estate investing was thinking of getting a realtor license just to further my education. I have no immediate desire to sell houses, but it could be a helpful way to earn money plus I assume I’ll learn the ins and outs by acquiring the license. Thoughts? And again I’m new don’t know much about this stuff. Thanks you!

Well for me I currently have a family and full time job. We live with in laws on one income in California. I want to invest in real estate so badly, but the lack of money makes it rough. I am trying to partner up with a buddy who can get a VA loan so no down payment on a multiplex. We both have good credit. I guess my question is are there any other ways you think I can go about starting with not much money to put down?
