Help! I lost my job over a year ago, went through my savings and in the process my credit started dropping drastically. I’m a hard worker and have all the time in the world. How do I qualify for a loan to fix and flip houses without savings or good credit? Thank you in advances for any positive feedback.

I am very new to this field. I'm still in the research/learning phase. I was originally thinking of starting an LLC for Rentals. During my research I discovered a lot of Investors do not Incorporate because it's more difficult to get a mortgage or the down payment is higher than if it's in an individual 's name. My question is, will a Nonprofit have the same difficulty with the banks? What are the Pros and Cons of getting a loan/mortgage as a Nonprofit?
