If you want to talk off line about how we use it, just PM me with a number and best time to call.

Awesome! vTiger looks like it could be pretty promising. I've been leaning towards building my own solution because I'm pretty particular about what I want, and this is open source so it's perfect. Can't believe I didn't run into this before. I've also noticed right off the bat that there's a Joomla addon available, which is great because I've been using Joomla for all our websites. I've got it installed and I'm going to play around with it. If I need help I may have to take you up on your offer.

Thanks!

I keep coming back to this site:

it seems to have everything I would want/need but unless
I have someone I know tell me it's the best thing since sliced cheese considering the pricing : http://www.realeflow.com/signup.html

I'm ok with paying that much 1 time for a great program, I just can't understand why I would pay 3k down and almost $200 a month.

I'd definitely like to hear more about that product and when it will be available as well.

I've been on the realflow site too and it seems like it's about the closest thing that would meet my needs but I don't like the monthly fee. I'd also rather use something that is customizable and not web-based.

What I'm looking for is a pre-built database or a crm-type software solution I could use to track the main aspects of our business. Those aspects being advertising, contacts (buyer's, sellers, etc.) prospects, and our portfolio including rentals and properties for sale.

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to real estate, although I have studied investing for some time. I am a US Air Force veteran, just recently separated, and I've been lucky enough to partner up with some very experienced investors in my area. I'm adding what I can to the team and getting a great education in return.

I'm very interested in networking, education and pretty much all things real estate at this point. One of my main focuses right now is getting my partners and I to the next level through information management... basically, we've got a lot of leads coming in daily, properties to track, etc., and we need to find cost-effective solutions to managing this information.

I'm looking forward participating and being an active member of BP.

Anyone know where I can find a good MS Access Database or CRM software geared towards real estate investors? We need a much more efficient solution to track prospects/contacts, properties, sales, deals, etc. I don't know enough about Access to make it worth my time to try to create a custom solution. I have a large laundry list of specifics but I don't want to go to far into detail. Any suggestions welcomed and appreciated.

Thanks
