Hi John,

Thank you so much for responding to my post. I will be reaching out to Jerry Banker for HVAC work going forward. If there is anything I can help you out with please do not hesitate to reach out to [email protected].

Does anyone have or know of a solid HVAC Technician in the Tulsa area who is trustworthy and does a good job? We are out of state investors and own a strip mall in the Tulsa area. We have constant issues with our units and have paid too much money to a few contractors in the area who conveniently have averaged $1,640/month of work the past 3 years with redundant issues. Would greatly appreciate any referrals. Looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy with fair pricing. We have a property manager, but this situation has gotten out of hand and we need to find a go to HVAC tech to use moving forward.

Any help/input is greatly appreciated!

Thank you all in advance.

Hi Randy,

The county website route Ronald suggested works great. In general if you like a property enough go into one of the tenant spaces and ask them for the owners information. Then reach out to the owner and even if they are not interested in selling, there is a very high chance they might have another property they are willing to entertain you with, or another connection they have that is looking to sell a property. They might reach out to you later down the road if/when they decide to sell the property that you initially reached out on. You will be surprised how quickly your connections/network will grow the more you reach out. Reach out to various brokers on listings and build relationships with them. They have already done the work of building relationships with these owners.
