In wholesaling I know there are two contracts; 1 to the seller of the home and the other to the buyer (investor). In regards to this I have two questions:

1. Where do you get the contract you give to the seller of the home?

2. Is it best to get the second contract (contract to the buyer/investor) drawn up by a lawyer or would you say downloading one from a site similar to this one is fine?

General contracting advice/lessons learned are welcomed!

We are looking to get into our first bandit sign campaign by the end of this month. I have a couple questions: 1. From your experience, what's the typical price for a sign+sign stand? 2. Has anyone worked with putting colors on their sign? Did it make a difference? Im also VERY open to general advice and lessons learned.
