I'm currently looking to connect with local investors in this area. Also, wanted to see if there were any recommendations for real estate attorneys and title companies that work with wholesalers.

@Brandon Foken Hey Brandon I'm a new investor and I'm very interest to know which website did you use for your marketing campaign? Any helpful marketing advice would be great as well. It seems like you have a pretty good handle on things.

Can anyone shed some light on direct mail marketing? What website works best for sending out postcards, flyers, marketing material? Can I send it to just one property I'm interested in or an entire neighborhood?

Is there a requirement to invest in homes in different cities? I'm thinking of future expansion flipping, buying and holding, and wholesaling.
