Hello Everyone,

I want to do fixes and flips, Nowadays, I connect with an investor-friendly real estate agent, and we have a good and informative conversation. He wants me to sign an Exclusive Buyer Agency Compensation Agreement. As I plan to purchase a property within one month, I hope to not just work with one agent, so that I can expose as many deals as possible. So I doubt whether I should sign, or it's a kind of rule that I have to sign if I work with agents to find the deals.

Thank you so much for your advice!

Hi everyone,

I’m a part of a real estate investment group. We are looking to invest in Cleveland, Ohio, Rochester, NY or Buffalo, NY. We are currently doing the researching and we would like to get input on the area.

Our kind of strategy is fix and flips. Which cities do you think are good for such a strategy?

We are currently looking for a single-family house 3 bedroom 2 ba with at list 1000SQF with an asking price up to 100K (all in - with some flexibility).

Which cities do you think are good to start?

Happy Thanksgiving, and Thanks in advance.

Hey Kmsuea,
I do think that Cleveland, Ohio area can be a decent area for flips. As long as you build a solid CORE group which consists of a great realtor, and contractor you can scale very well. Let me know how I can help, I lived over there for a few months actually

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply! I would like to connect.

Is either of the states (OH or NY) local? I think local is always easier if that option is available,

It's all local, not state.

Thank you kindly for your response!

Hey, I can’t speak for other cities other than Rochester. You can find some properties on market for that, but most will have to be off-market. I work with some wholesalers, so I definitely could help you out with that.
Thank you so much for the nice reply! I am planning to visit Rocheter, and let's connect.
