Thank you for your time and I will share what I come across. Im trying to make sure what I come across is not listed lol. Ive heard a lot about that.

Actually ive been doing just a lot of basic things such as driving for dollars and word of mouth. Have not started a mail campaign. A real estate agent I know has been giving me leads from properties she didn't list and the people want to get rid of the property  but I don't know if investors are looking for the areas so far she has given me such as Edna and East Chicago. Ive done some cold calling and that turned up one property but I didn't know about bigger pockets then and kind of botched things up with that one. I also know someone who has started doing flips in Lake Station.

Thanks alot Sharad! I actually live in the area of your office. Is there any particular reason you invest in NW Indiana? Ive actually have been seeing quite a few bandit signs with properties for sale as of late around the area. 

I would have liked to attend this meet up, but don't know if it would have been okay for me to attend since im  so new. I didn't see it until late but I tried calling and didn't get ahold of anyone. Didn't want to crash the party lol. Looking forward to hopefully attending one of your meetups soon. Havent had a good deep dish pizza in a while
