If the GC doesn't have the money to invest  with you and all he has is the sweat equity then consider having him do what Tom is talking about and after 1 or 2 flips the GC can use his profits to invest on future projects with you.

Hi Sterling, while quickbooks is the most preferred accounting software for tax accountants there are other softwares out there that are free and just as useful. For instance, I use Wave to keep track of all my assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses. Wave is free, automatically connects right to your credit cards or bank, and prints out all the necessary financial statements your tax accountant will want to see.

Hello everyone, I've been a part of the biggerpockets community for quite a few years now. Since then I've only found a couple of professional meetups in my area worth going to. What I want to know is there enough interest to drive up a monthly meetup anywhere in between West Palm, Delray, or Boca Raton?
