Hey there friends! I appreciate you taking the time to welcome me! I suppose I'm the latest addition on here looking to get started in Bexar county! My name is Kevin - I've spent most of my life here in the great SA and just recently started working in the information security sector here in town. As to why I'm here on BP, I've been spending the last few months devouring any sort of fiscally awesome information I can get my hands on! I've started with innovative financial independence bloggers/podcasters like the MadFientist and Radical Personal Finance (both of which I highly recommend!) and now I'm almost done with the Bigger Pockets podcast! I find flipping particularly interesting and am hoping to jump in over the next 6 months.
I'd welcome any recommendations as to realtors, contractors, and the best REIAs in town!

Also if anyone has any life advice on real estate investment and getting married - that would be enormously beneficial as well! I'm getting married end of summer! =)
