Can anyone recommend an electrician to do work in carnegie pa?  Property is technically in the 28th ward of pittsburgh so first off someone who was comfortable with the city and permit.  Scope of work would include:

Upgrading to 200 amp panel

New exterior Service

Switching to 2 gang service to accommodate a second panel/meter for the garage.

Thank you in advance for anyone you can recommend, hope to be able to return the favor as well!

Wanted to read some opinions on something my business partner and I have been looking into.  Currently our umbrella policy does not have the option of adding sewer line insurance which we had purchased on several properties when we started out.  I feel like over the last few months we have dodged a few bullets by getting a few properties snaked out and are preparing to not be so lucky one of these times.  Does anyone purchase the optional insurance through amwater?
