If you are buying a currently being rented property, is there an ideal day/date to close in a month(first,2nd,3rd or last week)? If so, why? Thank you in advance for the response!

Thank you! Well explained in simple way. My follow up question, what percentage do you use as far as (safe) appreciation rate? I know this could hard but there must be acceptable number?
