Thanks for your reply. I have sent many emials to different REO companies and Asset Mgt. and few have replied back. I have also registered in most of the major REO websites but it seems that they're either too busy or just have too many agents working for them. I wolud love to get some info about the group in Detroit.

Hello everyone,
please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Klod and I am a realtor with Preview Properties PC in Michigan. One of the main reasons I'm part of the forum is to get some info on how I can find ways to list REO properties in Michigan, since we all know that in this market,(specially Michigan) the main transactions are in foreclosures. Any help or suggestion, would be very much appriciated.

As a first timer in this forum, I guess my biggest question would be: How can I get my hands on and list REO's in Metro Detroit, there are a lot of them here it's just that is too hard to "crack the code" with asset managers. Any help or suggestion would be very much appriciated.
