Thank you. I have a meeting with a realtor tomorrow morning. The agent did say that they would require I sign an exclusive agent agreement ( with no penalty for cancelling agreement) in order for them to work with me as they have been burned by previous investors.I have another question. If I want to buy a house who submits the offer, me or a licensed realtor? Is there a state specific form?

Hello,

Looking to buy a couple single family homes in my area, fix, and sell. I need to approach a realtor with experience in my target area to pull mls comps, cma, bpo and any other relevant info that will help me in determining value. Any suggestions on what I need to say to get this realtor to help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
