Morning everyone! Quick question...... I'm preparing to do my first wholesale deal and jump start my business. A real estate company has an opening for employment in my city. Being that I don't know much about the real estate business, do you think I should leave my current job in car sales and have an all-around career in real estate, or keep my business running until I'm able to quit my car sales job and run my business full time? I know it has it's benefits like access to the MLS, but is it really necessary?

Hey everybody! I'm new to the business, getting ready to do my first deal. I'm looking to network with some other investors in the northern Louisiana area, particularly Ruston and Monroe.
Cass R. Smith Yes, this was very informative and helpful!! Thank you!! I'll be sure to keep you posted on my progress after my first deal... I got a call today from a gentleman who's new to the business alongside his wife. It's looking to be a double-close deal so we'll see.
As a beginner in the business, I'm in that educational phase, but I'm ready to get out and make some deals. I think I'm more nervous than anything to make a mistake with numbers or paperwork. How'd you do on your first deal? PS, I'm breaking into the business by wholesaling.
