How long does it take to get inactive/active license email from TREC? I passed my exam last week but I don't see any update on my application in TREC website. It still says pass score not found and fingerprints not found. I am wondering if I have to send or do something at this point of time or just wait & wait ? I would really appreciate if you can reply .

@Greg H. Thanks for your response. I bought it from live bidding at Auction.Com.....Deed received from Mortgage foreclosing company (Bank Rep)....not a 100% sure what is difference "foreclosure auction" or "auction after foreclosure" ? I know it wasn't banked owned REO....can you explain?

@Joseph B. Davisson Thanks for the advice, I am just little scared from direct contact, not sure what circumstances these foreclosure and eviction happens?  But I will keep valuable stuff for more time in case someone shows up. You mentioned "posting/publishing a public notice", where? I mailed the self written eviction notice at the house address and also posted on the front door, no response.

P.S : Previous Owner died in Jan 2016 and looks like kids moved somewhere else. I see spider webs on main door which indicates its been locked for a while. Chest drawers are all out (empty) and everything is lying on carpet, no space to walk.

@Ron S. Thanks for your response. I took pictures of all the stuff as it is. If I store everything in Garage whom I should charge for storage as Owner has already passed away ?

I am new to Real Estate Investment. Recently, bought a house in Auction that have everything still there, clothes, furniture, shoes, photos on wall and dressers, food in kitchen, vacuums, and all personal items. Its a huge mess and half of garage is piled up with boxes and lot of stuff. The grass is about 4 feet high and looked like a hay field.Utilities been out for last 1 yr so nobody is living there. I need advise on what step should I take next to move all this stuff out? Should I clean up myself and look for valuables first or Ask general contractor to dump out everything and fix the house? Any guidance is appreciated.
