Hello all. I've been a member here at BP for about a year but have recently starting making more efforts to increase my REI activities so just became a Pro Member. I've owned some SF rentals in the past. I'm mostly interested in wholesaling fix & flips, fix & rent and subject to contracts in the San Antonio TX area. Currently marketing for deals and trying to build a great buyer list for the fix & flips or rents. I'm doing some private money lending on some fix and flips and I'll probably do some fixing and flipping myself. I have a strong background in home building, general contracting and remodeling real estate. Mostly residential but some commercial and some multi family. At one time licensed as a realtor and property appraiser. Will be looking for some select properties to rent/hold for my own portfolio.
