Hi, what are reasonable fees to charge an associate to set up their 2 bedroom condo into an MTR? 

From doing the online listings/ arranging the photographer/ purchasing and setting up furniture etc?  I want to give them a price that's not ridiculously high but don't want to lowball myself either. 

(I've had experience with setting up my own MTRs in the last year now).

Hi- Anyone had any success with getting a local North Carolina bank/CC to give them a home equity loan/ HELOC on Non-owner occupied home? I'm running into a whole load of difficulty in finding anything. Ridge Lending group is the ONLY one so far giving me a lead..

Hi Theresa: No, they'say they plan to be out by the 30th.. but I was trying to pre empt anything, just in case.

looking for advice: We just sold our condo investment property here in San Diego about and we're in day 30 of a 60 day escrow, as our tenants lease ends April 30th. They have been given notice that they need to move out then. 

What's our options if the tenants don't move out by the end of the month or can't find another place to move to? Will the sale fall through?

hi, i'm interested to know if there are any websites out there, similar to Roofstock or Offrbox, that help you invest in manufactured homes? Right now, I'm not finding anything like that out there. How have others on BP found good Man. Homes out of state?
