So I got a call from a motivated seller who wants to get rid of his house fast. It's a one bed one bath and I heard that they don't market well. Anybody have success wholesaling one bed and one bath contracts? Or should I stay away?

Ok I hava a question. I'm getting a property under contract, I'm planning on wholesaling to a cash buyer.  The property is listed on Zillow.  How do keep my cash buyer from seeing the original price of the property online. Suggestions please.
